Jacques Derrida
Jacques Derrida was an Algerian-born French philosopher (July 15, 1930 - October 8, 2004) whose work has had a profound impact on modern literary theory and philosophy. He is known as the father of deconstruction which gave rise to the post-modernist way of thinking. He is best known for his work Of Grammatology.
Author of Paper Machine (translated by Rachel Bowlby in 2005).
Derrida also wrote about "the book to come" and about how we put a frame on things to gain perspective.
